設計目的在解決目前缺工環境下,衍伸出對工班人力資源管理的不方便,也針對工人有被不公平之條件對待,等做了優化解決方案
GungDao is a management app that facilitates the matching of construction projects with workers. Its design aims to address the current labor shortage in the industry, addressing the inconveniences faced by management personnel and ensuring fair treatment of workers.
Role
透過使用者訪談,了解到工班與工人之間有各自問題點與困難點,我們可以透過APP實現,減少用戶們的疑慮以及工作過程中的不便與困擾,並同時讓工班工頭有效率的管理及保障彼此的權益
Through user interviews, we have identified specific pain points and challenges faced by construction teams and workers. By implementing an app, we can address these concerns and minimize inconveniences and difficulties during the work process for users. Additionally, the app will facilitate efficient management for construction team leaders and ensure the protection of rights and interests for both parties.

依照總結要點,制定了幾個設計方向,讓一般用戶可以檢視工作機會外,並加上名片機制,讓表現好的人有被傳遞的可能,使環境競爭力能正向循環。同時讓工班的管理更簡單,更統一也更同步化
Based on the key points summarized, several design directions have been established. We aim to allow general users to view job opportunities and implement a name card mechanism to enable the recognition and potential referral of high-performing individuals, creating a positive cycle of competitiveness in the environment. Simultaneously, we strive to simplify, standardize, and synchronize the management of construction teams.
