The objective of this task is to enhance the overall workflow system in the tutoring industry, aiming to make the front desk operations more convenient, efficient, and reduce the complexity of daily verification and assignment tasks. By doing so, we can minimize the chances of human errors and improve accuracy.

使用者訪談中可以清楚知道，課程與學員的相互關係與高頻率的變動性，加上後期人為疏忽是影響內部作業流程出錯的關鍵。所以這次任務主要是整合關鍵資訊至同一面版上，讓看似不同的任務都可以由一面版來啟動檢視，確認後再執行下一步動作，並且統計與限制都交由系統提示
Based on user interviews, we found that the connection between courses and students often changes. Besides, human mistakes in later stages significantly impact internal operations.
Therefore, our main task is to consolidate key information on a single dashboard, enabling users to initiate and review all tasks from one place. Users can confirm the information before proceeding to the next step. The system will also provide reminders for data tracking and limitations to reduce mistakes.

By integrating important information through the interface, we aim to initiate key workflows from a calendar, allowing operators to access relevant data without switching to other units. This helps minimize errors and enhances efficiency.

這次任務最困難的條件，是必須讓全體人員都習慣將資料建檔於系統之中，拋棄舊有筆記習慣，否則系統無法關聯出相關的資訊，後續的連動將會不存在
The most challenging is to get all personnel accustomed to documenting data in the system and abandoning their old note habits. Otherwise, the system will not be able to associate relevant information, and subsequent linkages will be non-existent.
